Aboriginal Necklace – Swan River Daisies – by Momo

$45.00

Our beautiful Aboriginal necklaces, designed by children in the foster care system, are helping them discover and connect with their cultural heritage.

The Swan River Daisy, a flower native to Western Australia, is depicted in Momo’s design on the banks of the Derbarl Yerrigan, which is the Noongar name for the Swan River. The design also features black swans,  with their distinctive red bills, swimming in the water. This design beautifully connects the local flora and fauna to the cultural heritage of the Noongar people and their deep connection to the land and river.

The necklace is handmade with leather and a silver clasp. The pendant measures 35 mm in diameter.
